ABOUT
For years, I believed I just needed to try harder.
Learning that I was autistic changed the way I understood myself—and eventually the way I support other people. My own experiences don’t make me an expert in yours, but they do help me appreciate how exhausting it can be to spend years trying to fit systems that were never designed for you.
I’m not here to fix you. You’re not broken.
My role is to help you better understand how your brain works, build practical supports around your strengths, and create a life that feels more sustainable, authentic, and fulfilling.
My coaching is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and informed by current research, with additional training in trauma-sensitive yoga and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
THIS MIGHT BE FOR YOU
You're probably in the right place if any of this sounds familiar.
01
You were diagnosed late — or you suspect you should have been — and you're trying to make sense of a whole life through a new lens.
02
Your to-do list feels both impossible and embarrassingly small, and you can't tell anymore whether you're lazy or just tired in a way no one explained to you.
03
You're queer, trans, or otherwise outside the defaults, and you've had to do a lot of unlearning before any advice was actually for you.
04
You've tried therapy and spent most of it performing okayness for a stranger. You want something different.
05
You're in a transition: a job change, a diagnosis, a breakup, a move, a slow unraveling that hasn't picked a name yet.
06
You're exhausted by how much effort it takes just to be a person, and you suspect it shouldn't be this hard.
