Twenty minutes. You tell me what's going on. I tell you honestly whether I think I can help. No commitment.

A first session
If we both think it's a fit, we schedule a real session. I'll send a short pre-form (skippable) so we can use the hour well.

Things people ask before booking.
No. I'm a consultant and coach, not a licensed therapist (yet — that's 2031). Coaching with me is practical and forward-looking. If something comes up that needs clinical care, I'll say so and help you find it. Many of my clients work with me alongside their therapist.
Most productivity advice was written for brains that don't work like ours. We start from your actual nervous system, energy, and life — not a system imported from someone else's. The work is as much unlearning shame as it is building structure.
I don't bill insurance. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots at any time; ask on our discovery call and we'll figure out what works.
Most of my clients haven't. There's no preparation required. You don't need a goal or a script. Just show up. Ideally wearing pants, but honestly negotiate that too.
Yes. Self-identification is welcome here. Many of my clients are still in the suspecting stage, or have decided that formal diagnosis isn't right for them. That's a valid place to work from.
Most of my work is online so I can meet folks where they are — including in flares, low-spoons days, or wherever you're most comfortable. Occasional in-person work is possible in Philadelphia.
